Kim Clark, RSW is a highly respected Registered Social Worker, educator, consultant, and trainer with more than 35 years of experience helping individuals, families, workplaces, and communities navigate mental health challenges, behavioural concerns, crisis situations, and life transitions. As the Founder of Elite Training Solutions, Kim has delivered customized training and consulting services across Canada, partnering with government agencies, healthcare organizations, community service providers, schools, youth-serving agencies, Indigenous communities, and corporate teams. Her extensive experience in social work, mental health, dementia care, developmental disabilities, suicide prevention, and workplace wellness provides participants with practical, real-world strategies that extend far beyond theory.
Throughout her career, Kim has trained thousands of participants in Mental Health First Aid, The Working Mind, trauma-informed practice, Positive Behaviour Supports, suicide intervention, crisis response, and workplace psychological health and safety.
